HOW MUCH FOR DELIVERY?
All books are sent via 'Track n Trace' Courier Post and cost is $4.00 (up to A4 size)
to most New Zealand destinations or plus an additional $2.50 for a Rural Delivery.
All books are 'bubble-wrapped' for their protection.
HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT?
If the book you are after is listed on Trade Me that means it’s in stock and will fly out the door for Courier 'pick-up', the moment we receive payment. We’ll pre-alert you the track + trace number.
I'M IN CHRISTCHURCH. DO YOU ALLOW PICK-UPS?
Here’s the story & with due respect - not everyone is punctional.
This can mean we are left hanging around waiting for a buyer to turn-up, putting our lives on hold.
If you are in the Christchurch metro area we can get the sale to you at no charge
as long as:
(a.) you’ve already paid i.e. no cash on delivery
(b.) you are in the metro area and our courier isn’t going to have to tackle
say 'the dizzy heights' of say the 10th floor of the BNZ Building
(c.) you have a daytime delivery point or are happy for us to leave the book
at the backdoor
(d.) deliveries take place Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.00.
ARE THE BOOKS NEW?
Where listed as 'New', the short answer is yes.
Where the book is stated as 'Display' this indicates it has been for sale on a shelf
somewhere & thus likely to have been handled by a prospective buyer.
No big deal there, you won't tell the difference.
Where advertised as 'Close-Out' these books have a felt-pen mark either on the
bottom or top of the publication.This line or dot varies in size, so you'll need to refer
to the individual auction for specifics.
We never sell 'Close-Outs' as new, due to this marking.
CAN YOU DELIVER TO A 3RD PARTY?
No problem there. Just tell us the recipient and we can do this anonymously if required.
For an extra $2 we’ll even gift wrap.
CAN YOU GET A BOOK ABOUT 'X'?
DO YOU SELL DIRECT?
Nope, just via Trade Me at this stage.
I DIDN’T LIKE THE BOOK I GOT!
The fact you didn’t like the book you received isn’t really a valid reason to say “give me my money back”.
